Two children and their dog, Leo discover Autumn as they take a walk in the countryside.  They see people apple picking, a combine harvester at work, mushrooms and autumn leaves.  The children celibrate a harvest festival at school and a bonfire night with fireworks.  They make toffee apples and gingerbread cake.  Children love this book as they can relate to many of the events in the story.
